Pension but not for the Home), the Insane, the Idiotic, the Imbecile, the Blind, and those suffering from temporary disease only, are not eligible either for the Pension or for the Home. No person who has been in receipt of parish relief or been in the workhouse or parish infirmary is eligible for the benefits of this Charity.

Candidates, either for the Home or the Pension, must be 35 years of age. The benefits of the Charity are conferred by the election of the subscribers only.

The Board most earnestly appeal to the benevolent for aid in carrying out the objects of the Charity, and they invite the friends and subscribers of the Institution to a visit of inspection to the Home, which is open for visitors every day (except Sundays) from 2 o'clock to 6 o'clock.

SAMARITAN

FUND.

Annual Subscriptions and Donations are urgently required and earnestly solicited for the Samaritan Fund, from which grants are made to enable Pensioners and others to have a necessary change of air, and also, in times of necessity, to give temporary assistance to those connected with the Institution. Votes for sums given to the Samaritan Fund are allowed in the same manner as for contributions to the General Fund.
